Please note: We only deliver to UK domestic addresses, France and Belgium

All shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payments are made and shipping costs will vary based on volume ordered. All prices are displayed in UK GBP and may be billed in your local currency depending on your banking provider.


We are happy to issue an exchange or refund to the original credit card for any unopened merchandise bought on if it is returned within 28 days of the date of purchase.

  1. Send us an email to to let us know if wish to return your item.
  2. Package your items carefully back into the box it was delivered in and include your invoice/ copy of your booking order, label your package (ensuring your original delivery address does not show). PLEASE NOTE WE ONLY REFUND ITEMS ORDERED FROM WWW.KIMAIIA.COM 
  3. All items must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt and in unopened, saleable condition. (Anything that is returned opened or used won’t be refunded and will be disposed of).

We promise to refund any unopened items that you are not completely happy with, within 14 days of receipt. Payment will be credited to your original method of payment. You will be notified by email when your refund has been processed. Any returns after 28 days will not be refunded. The customer is responsible for paying postage. We are not obliged to issue refunds for any opened products.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

The refund will be processed to the original method of payment. We recommend using a tracked service to return the goods. You can ask for a proof of postage and keep this for reference. Without this, we cannot refund any money if we do not receive your parcel.
